Marketing and Sales Manager Stephen Dilettoso loves the Shakshuka: a Middle Eastern dish of poached eggs in a spicy red sauce with green chilies, onion, cumin, topped with some creamy, crumbly feta cheese.

Most popular on the brunch menu is the Eggs Benedict. Iron Horse dishes out a traditional, a vegetarian, and a Colonel Eggs Benedict: two fried eggs, fried chicken fritters, and ham layered atop buttermilk biscuits and smothered with a thick and creamy jalapeño gravy.
